Coin Purchases

  • All coin purchases made through the Leo Chats app are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
  • If you experience technical issues or accidental charges, please contact our support team at support@leochats.com. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription Plans

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun.
  • If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
  • If you purchased a subscription through a third-party service (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store), refund requests should be directed to that provider, as their terms and policies apply.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you notice any unauthorized or suspicious activity on your account, please contact us immediately at support@leochats.com. Refunds for unauthorized transactions will be subject to verification and investigation.

Special Cases

We reserve the right to issue refunds in special cases at our sole discretion. Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction within 7–14 business days.
