Moderation Policy

This Moderation Policy governs your use of the Chatting, Audio Call, and Video Call features (collectively "Features") on our various social media applications (collectively "Applications").

This policy applies to all audio, video, and digital interactions, whether paid or unpaid. Violations may result in immediate removal of access and forfeiture of monies without compensation.

No Active Moderation

Social interactions through the Features are private and not actively monitored. You acknowledge the unmoderated nature of these discussions and that engaging with strangers is risky. We may use automated AI tools to monitor for safety; interactions violating policies will be terminated immediately.

We do not conduct background verifications of Users or Streamers. Please follow our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Privacy Policy during all interactions.

No Responsibility and Liability

The Company is not responsible for the actions of Users or Streamers. Such actions do not represent the Company, its directors, or employees. We reserve the right to terminate access for any violations of law or platform policy.

Authorisation and Compliance

By using the Features, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to access them. You agree not to violate the privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights of any person or entity.

Being Civil

Interactions must remain civil and polite. Abusive, illegal, or offensive language that invades the privacy of others is strictly prohibited.

No Stalking or Harassment

Users and Streamers are prohibited from harassing or stalking others, both online and offline. Legal action may be taken where required.

No Sharing

You are prohibited from transcribing, recording, taking screenshots, sharing, or reproducing any information or media shared through the Features.

No Nudity

Nude or unlawful content is strictly prohibited. Our AI-based detection tools will immediately terminate any interaction containing identifiable nudity without refund or compensation.
